What we store

If you create an account, we store your email address, your first name and the wellbeing logs you add, including food, water, movement, sleep, mood and habits.

Your password is handled by our login provider, and we never see it.

If you use the demo without an account, your progress stays in your browser and isn't sent to us.

Why we store it

We use your logs to run the app, show your progress and let it follow you between devices. Food, sleep and mood logs can count as health-related data, so we ask for your explicit consent when you sign up.

Where it's kept

Account data is stored with Supabase in the EU, in Ireland. Security rules mean each signed-in person can only reach their own progress.

Your choices

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the Insights screen in the app.

You can use the demo if you'd prefer not to create an account.

Meal photos

If you scan a meal with an account, a smaller copy of your photo goes through our Supabase function to Anthropic, whose AI identifies the food. We don't save the photo in Tiel Pal. Details of Anthropic's own data handling will be added before launch.

In the demo, a photo stays on your device and isn't uploaded.
